If you do not show up for your appointment or have to cancel it less than 24 hours before, a fee of $25 PER CANCELLED SERVICE will be applied before the next appointment is scheduled. If you have already given a deposit to reserve your space, it will be forfeited.

Use of Information
All prices displayed on the Style en Tête website are quoted in Canadian dollars (CAD). The sales prices displayed may be modified by Style en Tête at any time without notice. These prices do not include shipping fees or provincial and federal taxes. These fees will be indicated before the buyer places the order. Once the order is placed, no price changes can or will be made. Once the order is validated, it will not be possible to modify it.
The products sold on the Style en Tête website comply with the legislation of the country of origin of the products. Style en Tête cannot guarantee that the information on the packaging of the products sold is translated into all the languages of their customers. Availability and special offers
The special offers presented on the Style en Tête website are only valid as long as they are announced on the site and within the limits of available stocks. In the event of total or partial unavailability of products after confirmation of the order, the buyer will be promptly informed by e-mail, has for the complete or partial cancellation and / or modification of his order.

We will then take the necessary steps to rectify the situation.
Style en Tête offers home delivery in Canada only. We ship orders as quickly as possible in the order in which they were created. Our goal is to deliver an order within 5 to 7 business days of confirmation. Deliveries to remote areas may take a few extra days. Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. Shipping charges applied may depend on the address where the order is received.
Style en Tête does not accept any returns or exchanges of merchandise/products or services received at the salon and in delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com. In the exceptional case that an exchange or return is authorized (at the discretion of the merchant only) and is caused by an error for which the customer is responsible, a 10% fee will be retained or charged. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please note that the cost of returning the merchandise by mail will also be charged to the customer.

We do not make any price adjustment when an item purchased prior to the price adjustment.
Shipping and Returns
We offer shipping anywhere in Canada. All orders are processed during our business hours. Once the carrier is in position of the package it is delivered within 7 business days.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order from the carrier’s website.
If your package takes longer than usual to arrive, if the address given is wrong or whatever the problem is, we invite you to contact Canada Post directly in order to resolve the situation efficiently. We also invite you to write to us to let us know about the situation so that we can also follow up and ensure that everything is in place for you to have the best possible experience.
No returns or exchanges of merchandise/products or services received at the salon and on delivery.
No returns or exchanges are possible on merchandise purchased online or in salon or on treatments received. No refunds or price adjustments will be possible during sales such as Hot Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day or any other momentarily available promotions.

*For gift purchases made between December 1 and 24, you must contact us by January 15 to be eligible for an exchange.
Exchanges are free of charge when it is an abnormal defect or an ordering error on our part.
